Chocolate Orange Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
11/2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsets
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Crepes
1 orange, thinly sliced
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
Spoon 2 tablespoons mixture in center of each crepe, roll up, and place, seam side down, on individual dessert plates.
Garnish with orange slices.
