Stir twice during cooking.
Stir in the chocolate and mix well till smooth.
Sieve together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Add the chocolate mixture to the flour and beat well.
Beat in the eggs and extra chocolate pre heat the oven on 'convection' at 180Â° C.

Place the chocolate on the cake, gently lifting and making decorative folds.
Garnish with whipped cream and gems.
