Ingredients
1 pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling (instant or regular)
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup undiluted evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Prepare pudding according to directions on package, substituting 1/2 cup double-strength coffee for 1/2 cup of the milk.
Add the corn syrup and extract to pudding and blend well.
Pour into refrigerator trays and freeze until mushy, about 1 hour.
Turn into a chilled bowl and beat until smooth.
Fold in the whipped evaporated milk and walnuts.
Return to trays and freeze until firm, 3 to 4 hours, stirring several times.
