Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Recipe
No wonder chocolate is reffered to as the Food of the Gods, it is indeed an irresistible wonder. This chocolate mint ice cream is a real treat for a chocoholic like me

Ingredients
| Chocolate pudding mix packet | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Peppermint extract | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped |
Directions
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk.
Bring to boil; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in peppermint extract; cool.
Chill in freezer tray for 30 minutes.
Return to bowl; fold in whipped cream.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Return to bowl; beat until smooth.
Return to tray; freeze until firm.
