Chocolate Igloo Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 (9 inch square) Chocolate Cake
 
2 quarts pineapple sherbet
 
1 cup whipped cream
 
Maraschino cherry

Directions

Slice cake layer horizontally into 2 parts, using sharp serrated knife or string.
Cut layers into triangular wedges.
Coat 2 quarf bowl with butter; press cake triangles against sides to form a design, as illustrated.
Soften sherbet; mold in 2-quart bowl against cake lining.
Cover top with cake traingles; freeze until firm.
