Chocolate Icing (for Eclairs) Recipe
Ingredients
2 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat.
Stir in confectioners' sugar and milk, blending till mixture is smooth and of spreading consistency.
Spread on tops of Chocolate Eclairs.
