Chocolate Icing Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa
2/3 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
Directions
Blend cocoa and milk in 2-quart bowl to make a smooth paste.
Mix in sugar and butter.
Microwave 8 minutes on HIGH, stirring after every 2 minutes.
Cool thoroughly.
Add almond extract.
Beat vigorously until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
