Chocolate Frosting Recipe

this chocolate froting recipe is my mother's recipe. Easily prepared and so delicious, I love this chocolate frosting for its rich taste and texture. Made with a hint of vanilla, the chocolate frosting is sweetened with sugar and is mixed together to prepare.

Chocolate- 1 square
 
Granulated sugar- 3 tablespoons
 
Water- 1 tablespoon
 
Egg-white- 1
 
Confectioners' sugar- 2 tablespoons
 
Vanilla- 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, cook the chocolate, granulated sugar and water together, stirring until the mixture is smooth and glossy
2.Beat the white of the egg enough to thin it, but not to make it frothy; add the confectioners' sugar, stir until smooth and light, then add the chocolate mixture and vanilla
3.Cool before spreading on the cake
SERVING
4.Use over cakes or pastries
