Ingredients

 Unsweetened chocolate square2
 Soft butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Confectioner’s sugar1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 7 egg yolk, slightly beaten
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
Cream butter.
Add chocolate, blending well.
Blend in 112 cup of the sugar.
Add egg yolk gradually, creaming well.
Add remaining con- fectioners' sugar alternately with milk, beating after each addition until smooth.
Blend in vanilla.
