Chocolate Frosted Toffees Recipe
Ingredients
| Flaked coconut | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 tablespoons soft Land O' Lakes Butter | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dark corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Regular | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toast coconut at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Cool.
Grease a 13x9-inch pan with 2 tablespoons butter.
Combine condensed milk, corn syrup, brown sugar, 4 tablespoons butter, salt, vanilla and flour; mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Spread in pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool.
Frost.
Let stand until Frosting is firm.
Cut into bars.
Cool.
