Chocolate Eclairs Recipe
Chocolate eclaires are baked desserts that are quite similar to cream puffs. This recipe for chocolate eclairs is filled with french custard filling and frosted with a chocolate icing. Petite and lovely to the core, these chocolate eclairs are love at first sight.

Mix batter as directed for Cream Puffs.
Put mixture through a pastry tube or paper cone, making 4 inch strips, 3/4 inch wide, on greased cooky sheet.
Bake as for Cream Puffs.
Frost eclairs with Chocolate Icing.
Fill with double recipe of French Custard Filling (page 61) just before serving.
