Ingredients

 
3 cups hot milk
 
1 square grated chocolate
 
3 eggs
 
3 tablespoons sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1 cup water

Directions

Melt grated chocolate in hot milk.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Gradually add chocolate milk, stirring constantly.
Pour into 1 quart mold.
Cover mold with foil.
Put water and rack into pressure cooker.
Set mold on rack; close cover securely.
Put pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 7 minutes.
Remove cooker from heat; allow to cool normally.
Chill the custard before serving.
