Chocolate-Cream Cheese Fluff Recipe
The chocolate cream cheese fluff is a combined frosting prepared with cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. The melted chocolate gives the chocolate cream cheese fluff a creamy and rich flavor.
Ingredients
2 3-ounce packages cream cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt
5 cups sifted confectioners sugar
3 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate melted
Directions
Have cheese at room temperature.
Blend in egg, vanilla, and salt; gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in slightly cooled chocolate.
Frosts tops and sides of two 9 inch layers.
