Chocolate Coconut Crepes Recipe

8 ounces sweet chocolate

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup coconut

8 crepes

Melt chocolate, water, and butter over low heat.
Slowly mix in cream to make sauce.
Stir in coconut.
Divide between crepes and roll up.
