Chocolate Chip Orange Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
2 squares (2-oz) semisweet chocolate
4 tablespoons soft margarine
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup self-rising flour
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
Directions
Chop the chocolate finely .
Mix the margarine, sugar, egg and flour with the orange rind and juice until light and soft .
Stir in the chocolate pieces.
Put into 12 paper cases on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack
