Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
These chocolate chip muffins offers you the delight of choloate chips studded in the petite little bakes. A perfect treat for kids, these chocolate chip muffins are equally enjoyable for grown-ups. Who can resist the charm of those little bits of chocolate hidden in a miniature cake?!
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| L tsp baking powder 5mL | ||
| 1/2 tsp baking soda 2mL | ||
| L tsp salt 5mL | ||
| Chocolate Chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a bowl, beat egg.
Stir in sour cream and milk.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and stir just until moistened.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
