Chocolate Chip Cuffins Recipe

Directions

In a large bowl, cream together shortening and sugar.
With a spoon, mix in eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to the shortening mixture alternately with milk.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups half full.
Sprinkle with half the chocolate chips.
Top with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
