Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Preparing this Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is the second best way to please a crowd. Am sure you are aware of the first??? It is always prepared with Eggplant Eggs as the key ingredient. This is the most comforting Snack recipe I have come across. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Chocolate Chip Cookies is really delicious.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Swift'ning Make Your Own Mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons hot water
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package chocolate chips
Directions
Blend Mix and sugars.
Add egg, vanilla, and water.
Mix thoroughly.
Add pecans and chocolate chips.
Stir just to blend.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven.
Baking temperature: 375° F.
Bake: 10 to 12 minutes
