Chocolate Chiffon Pie Recipe
There hasn't been an occasion when this Chocolate Chiffon Pie recipe didn't receive rave reviews. It is served as a delicious Dessert. When it comes to cooking I am my worst critic. Kindly comment and let me know how is this Chocolate Chiffon Pie.
Ingredients
1 envelope unfavored gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons boiling water
4 eggs, separated
1 cup chocolate sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1 9 graham cracker crust
Directions
Soften gelatine in cold water in Osterizer container.
Add hot water and process at STIR until dissolved.
Push BLEND button, remove cover, add the egg yolks, chocolate sauce, salt and flavoring, and continue processing until thoroughly blended.
Chill in refrigerator.
Beat egg whites with rotary beater until foamy.
Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff.
Fold the chilled chocolate mixture into the egg whites.
Pour into the prepared pie shell.
Chill until set.
