Directions

For crust, combine first 3 ingredients; press in 8x8x2 inch pan.
Chill.
Meanwhile, soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat syrup; add gelatin, stir to dissolve.
Cool to room temperature.
Add vanilla.
In chilled bowl, whip milk; fold in chocolate.
Chill till mixture mounds slightly when spooned.
Pour over crust.
Chill firm.
