8 oz good quality bittersweet or dark chocolate, chopped
5 eggs separated into whites and yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter, salted
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup sinful cinnamon powder or plain cinnamon powder
Directions
Spoon into the springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, until cake is set.
Remove from pan and cool completely before serving.
For garnish, dust with cinnamon, powdered sugar or top with a dollop of whipped cream and a berry.
