Chocolate and Nuts Cookies Recipe

|Baking butter||2 Tablespoon (no salt butter)|
|Self raising flour/Maida||8 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Mixed nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cashew, almonds, peanuts, etc)|
|Chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Add 1 beated egg to the above paste and beat it for another 5 minutes.
Mix the baking powder and salt to the flour. Add the flour to the sugar and butter paste.
Fold it into a smooth dough. It will be a bit soft.
Mix nuts and chocolate chips.
Make 18-20 round balls out of the dough.
Refrigrate it for half an hour. Press the balls with fork to make a square design.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes
