Chocolate And Nut Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
6 warm dessert crepes
Directions
Blend the cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar with a small amount of milk.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and blend into cocoa mixture.
Return to the pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick.
Reserve, 1/4 cup of the chocolate sauce and 1 tablespoon of the chopped walnuts.
Mix the rest of the sauce with the nuts.
Fill warm crepes with the mixture and roll up.
Spoon the re maining sauce on top of crepes and sprinkle with reserved nuts.
Serve at once.
