 Unbleached white flour3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Cocoa1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Eggs2 (Room Temperature)
 Egg whites2 (Room Temperature)
 Sugar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Water1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Cranberries4 , coated with egg white and rolled in sugar
 Egg white1
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Greens1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder three times.
Set aside.
Whip eggs and egg whites for 3 minutes.
Add sugar gradually and whip for 3 minutes more.
Fold in water and vanilla.
Gently fold in flour mixture.
Pour into a lightly greased 15" x 10" x 1 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with parchment or waxed paper.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Invert onto a waxed paper-lined towel.
Remove paper from bottom of cake.
Roll up cake and towel from narrow end.
Cool.
Unroll and spread filling evenly over cake.
Roll up and place on a serving plate, seam side down.
Ice to look like a log.
Decorate with greens and cranberries.
