Directions

Combine margarine, sugar replacement, egg, cocoa and vanilla extract in mixing bowl or food processor.
With electric mixer or steel blade, whip until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and water; mix well.
Shape into 30 balls.
Wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap.
Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
Remove wrap.
Roll out dough to 1/8 in. (3-mm) thickness into round wafers, using a cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
