1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Melt chocolate chips and butter over hot water; remove from heat and add milk, vanilla and salt.
Mix well, gradually beat in powdered sugar.
