Chocolate Velvet Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooking chocolate package | 1 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Frozen whipped topping | 1 Can (10oz), divided | |
| Maraschino cherries | 8 , chopped | |
Directions
Combine chocolate and water in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
Slowly add chocolate mixture to sour cream in mixing bowl.
Set aside 1/2 cup whipped topping.
Fold remaining whipped topping into chocolate mixture, blending well.
Spoon into sherbet dishes.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with topping and cherries.
