Chocolate Tuiles Recipe

Ingredients
2 egg whites, room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
2 tsp granulated fructose
1/4 cup margarine
1 oz. semisweet baking chocolate
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp chocolate flavoring
Directions
Combine egg whites, sugar replacement, and fructose in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Beat until foamy and well blended.
Combine margarine and chocolate in a small cup; melt in microwave.
Stir flour, melted margarine, chocolate mixture, and chocolate flavoring into egg mixture.
Blend well.
Drop onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
Use a fork dipped in water to flatten dough wafer-thin.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, or just until dough has lightly browned around edges.
Use an oven mitt, and bend each wafer around a rolling pin.
Press gently against the rolling pin for a few seconds.
Slide wafer off pin, and place on cooling rack.
Cool tuiles completely.
