Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips package | 1 | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs | ||
| 2 tablespoons creme de cafe coffee liqueur | ||
| Powdered cocoa | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Place chocolate chips atop a double broiler on hot water. Add vanilla, condensed milk, liqueur and vanilla wafer crumbs and beat to form a smooth mixture.
2. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to cool enough to shape.
3. Take out and using buttered hands, form ¾ inch balls. Roll on cocoa.
SERVING
4. Serve as required.
