Nutty Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup dairy sour cream
36 hazelnuts, almonds or macadamia nuts
36 small foil candy cups
Directions
In small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
Stir in half of the powdered sugar; mix well.
Stir in sour cream; blend well.
Stir in remaining powdered sugar. (Mixture may look slightly curdled but will handle well when shaped.)
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture is easy to handle.
Shape 1 teaspoonful of truffle mixture around each nut, forming 1 inch balls; place in candy cups.
Cover; store in refrigerator.
