Chocolate Truffle Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate sponge cake | ||
| Eggs | 5 Small | |
| Sugar | 150 Gram | |
| Flour | 130 Gram | |
| Cocoa powder | 20 Gram | |
| Ganache | ||
| Dark chocolate | 500 Gram | |
| Cream fresh | 650 Gram | |
Directions
Sponge cake Beat eggs with sugar until white and foamy.
Mix flour with cocoa powder, sift and slowly stir it into the egg mixture.
Line a tray with baking paper, and gently pour in the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180°C.
When cool cut into three layers.
Ganache Warm the cream over a low heat, add chopped chocolate, stir well until it melts.
Leave to cool
