Chocolate Topped Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients
| Lowfat sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1/2 carton (8 ounce) | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon, powdered | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh strawberries - 1 quart, washed, hulled, and chilled | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take low-fat sour cream, low-fat vanilla yogurt, sugar and
unsweetened cocoa in a bowl. Mix them well and keep in the freezer to make them chill.
2) Take four strawberries and divide them into four equal dishes.
SERVING
3) Pour the chilled mixture over each serving of strawberries.
4) Before serving, garnish with the remaining strawberries.
