Ingredients

 1/4 cup vegetable shortening, soft
 Granulated Sugar3 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Vanilla extract1/2 Teaspoon
 Milk2 Teaspoon
 Cake flour1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking Chocolate1 Ounce, melted

Directions

Cream shortening.
Add sugar replacement, egg, vanilla extract and milk.
Blend well.
Add half the sifted flour; stir to completely blend.
Stir in melted chocolate and remaining flour.
With cookie press, press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
