Chocolate Tea Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup vegetable shortening, soft | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cake flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking Chocolate | 1 Ounce, melted | |
Directions
Cream shortening.
Add sugar replacement, egg, vanilla extract and milk.
Blend well.
Add half the sifted flour; stir to completely blend.
Stir in melted chocolate and remaining flour.
With cookie press, press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
