Chocolate Streusel Bars Recipe
I am sure we both will agree that this Chocolate Streusel Bars is simply delicious And I am double sure that this recipe of Chocolate Streusel Bars makes it super delicious. I never fail to eat Dessert while dining out and this is the most common dish that I order. You don't have to be a gourmet to judge how mouth-watering and tasty this dish really is.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups unsifted flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup cold margarine or butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; mix well.
Cut in margarine until crumbly (mixture will be dry).
Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Pour evenly over baked crust.
Combine reserved crumb mixture with nuts if desired; sprinkle evenly over cheese mixture.
Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Cool.
Chill.
Cut into bars.
