Chocolate Streusel Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Directions
Combine brown sugar, flour and butter in medium bowl until crumbly.
Stir in nuts and small chocolate chips.
