Chocolate Steam Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups dried bread crumbs, with 1 teaspoon baking powder added 1 cup milk
SAUCE:
1/4 cup butter
1 orange, juice and grated rind
2 tablespoons cream and sugar to liking.
Directions
Add 1 1/2 squares Baker's Chocolate, melted, with 2 tablespoons butter and Vanilla and salt to flavor.
Steam 45 minutes.
