Chocolate Sour Cream Raisin Cake Recipe

8 oz. sugar-free chocolate cake mix
 
1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
 
3 tsp granulated sugar
 
1 tsp cornstarch
 
1/2 cup low-calorie sour cream
 
1 eggyolk
 
1/4 cup raisins
 
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Bake cake from mix as directed on package.
Allow cake to cool completely.
In a small saucepan, mix sugar replacements and cornstarch.
Blend in sour cream and egg yolk.
Cool and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir for 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in raisins and vanilla.
Cool completely.
Frost cake.
