I was looking for a recipe the same as one from Diabetic Sweet Tooth Cookbook by Mary Jane Finsand so I could e-mail it to a friend. This recipe is almost identical, the book calls for 3 Tablespoons of fructose not 3 teaspoons as this recipe calls for. I was wondering why a recipe you are suggesting for use by diabetics doesn't include nutritional information.
