Directions

MAKING
1) in a medium pot, combine the water and sugar together and bring to a boil.
2) Temper cocoa powder and bring to a second boil. When it has boiled remove from stove immediately.
3) Incorporate chocolate and strain into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (be sure it touches the top) and allow to cool completely to room temperature.

SERVING
4) Use the chocolate sauce along with the caramel sauce to create amazing dessert sauce designs.
