Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup light cream
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
Directions
In small saucepan heat cream and chocolate over low heat.
Meanwhile, beat sugar and yolks until light.
Stir into chocolate-cream mixture and stir over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until rich and smooth.
Do not bring to a boil.
Let cool slightly and add flavorings.
