Dark Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dark chocolate | 125 Gram | |
| Milk | 100 Milliliter | |
| Whipping cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Caster sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Unsalted butter | 3/4 Tablespoon |
Directions
Chop the chocolate using a knife or food processor and place in a heatproof bowl.
Put the milk, cream and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil.
Pour onto the chopped chocolate, whisking briskly.
Add the butter piece by piece and mix to a smooth, shiny sauce.
