Ingredients
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
1. Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and water in saucepan.
2. Boil 3-4 minutes.
3. Remove syrup from heat, add vanilla.
