Chocolate Sauce Recipe
This chococlate sauce is a cooked dessert sauce. Made with semisweet chocolate and milk, this chocolate sauce is rich and delicious. With a little added sugar for sweetness, the chocolate sauce is flavored with a dash of vanilla to finish.
Ingredients

| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate square | 1 , grated | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a small heavy saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch and slowly add the skim milk and evaporated skim milk.
Blend until smooth, then set over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened and smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl, stir in the chocolate and vanilla extract, and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Cover and cool before serving.
