Chocolate Satin Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| Icing sugar | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Hot water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Corn syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Unsweetened chocolate | 2 1⁄2 Ounce, melted | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Rum extract/1 teaspoon vanilla | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |

Directions
1) In a bowl, add icing sugar, hot water, corn syrup and melted chocolate.
2) Blend well.
3) Continue beating ½ egg mixture, separately.
4) Beat in butter 1 tablespoon at a time.
5) In a pan of ice water, place the bowl.
6) Beat the icing until ready to spread.
SERVING
7) Allow this creamy, glossy icing to spread on cake.
