Chocolate Pudding Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted | |
| Chocolate pudding mix | 1 (reduced-calorie) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
Directions
In medium-size bowl, combine margarine, pudding mix, eggs, vanilla and water.
Beat to thoroughly mix.
Add sifted flour and baking powder; stir until well blended.
Fold in walnuts.
Spread evenly into a greased 8 in. (20 cm) sq. pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until done.
Cut into 2 in. (5 cm) squares.
