Ingredients

 
Pie Crust
 
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) corn flakes, crumbled
 
1/4 CUP (60 ml) melted butter
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
 
Filling
 
1/2 lb (225 g) Philadelphia cream cheese
 
1/3 CUp (80 ml) chocolate syrup
 
1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream

Directions

–  Prehea (175 °C). t oven to 350 °F
–  In a bowl, combine pie crust ingredients. Press into a 9-inch (22 cm) pie plate and bake 10 minutes. Remove and let stand to cool.
–  In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese until light, then add chocolate syrup.
–  In a separate bowl, whip cream and fold it gently into the chocolate and cheese mixture.
–  Pour filling into the pie crust and refrigerate for a few hours
