Chocolate Pecan Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 c. butter or regular margarine | ||
| Confectioner’s sugar | 16 Ounce | |
| Baking cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place butter in 2-qt. glass casserole.
Microwave at high setting 1 minute, or until melted.
Add confectioners' sugar, cocoa and milk, blending well.
Microwave at high setting 2 minutes.
Stir chocolate mixture with spoon to blend.
Add marshmallows, pecans and vanilla, stirring until marshmallows are melted and blended into chocolate mixture.
Pour into buttered 8" square baking pan.
Cover and chill in refrigerator until set.
Cut into 1" squares.
