Chocolate Pear Whip Recipe
Ingredients
4 pears
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash salt
3 egg whites
2 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1 oz. baking chocolate, melted
Directions
Peel, core and cube pears; place in blender.
Blend into a soft puree.
Mix puree, lemon juice and salt together.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually, add sugar replacement and pear puree.
Fold in chocolate to marbleize.
