1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
1 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts

Melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler, stirring until smooth.

Drop by teaspoonfuls into 1-inch diameter candy papers or onto wax paper.
