1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (4 ounce) package sweet baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
Directions
Place whipping cream in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat just until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate; stir until melted.
